The Supreme Audit Office of the Slovak Republic (SAO SR) is carrying out audit of the management of budgetary resources and public property. To enable more effective operation SAO SR decided to build a modern information system.
Asseco Central Europe created such solution for SAO SR under Operational Programme Informatization of Society in the project Auditing Information System for the SAO SR – Electronical Services SAO SR (AIS SAO SR) in the period 11/2009 – 12/2011. The objective of the project was implementation of electronic services SAO SR by introducing a new information system to support key SAO SR processes.
Subsequently another project was implemented by our company under the same programme – Development of Auditing Information System for the SAO SR (DAIS SAO SR) in the period 10/2013 – 9/2015. The objective of this project was the implementation, deployment and provision of new generally applicable electronic services eGovernment.
Key Functionality
Auditing system - creating an annual plan of audit activities, documents, reports, surveys, audit findings and recommendations database management, audited entities risk evaluation, the introduction of the Registry of entities auditable by SAO SR.
Management information system - reporting, performance measurement, budget utilization, risk analysis and modeling, process models.
The case and knowledge management system - maintenance and management of knowledge, preparation of the audit procedure, the authority for audit execution, audit plan and related documentation maintenance, management of the findings and recommendations archive, audits historical data maintenance.
ECM (Enterprise content management) system – centralized organizing and storing of documents, main documents repository management, quality control checks documentation maintenance, audits historical data maintenance, registry records management.
New or extended eGovernment services focused on citizen within of the project DAIS SAO SR – Submission of informative contributions to audits, Accessing the results of unaudited activities of the SAO SR, information about audit findings.
New modules developed within the project DAIS SAO SR – Internal audit system, International audit system, System for the risk management, Managing of budgetary measures, Auditing system – extension, ECM – extension, Portal – extension.
