National Health Portal

Asseco Central Europe contributed to the creation of the “National Health Portal” as part of the Slovak national “Electronic Health Services” project. The “National Health Portal” is a tool that enables the operator to provide and publish verified and up-to-date information on health, diseases, medicines and healthcare in our country and in the world. The information published on the portal is intended for healthcare professionals and citizens. Our content management system allows authorised users to create, update, approve and publish articles.
The portal also enables users to search the national database of healthcare providers and the database of approved (registered) medicines, medical devices and diet foods. To ensure the consistency of the code lists and registers the portal works with and uses, processes are built to update them from the Unified Reference Database.
The National Health Portal is the entry point to the Citizen’s Electronic Health Book, which provides access to patient medical records in electronic form.
