Asseco DMS
Asseco Document Management is a flexible and modular system that provides tools to support the entire lifecycle of documents. Supports all kinds of types and document formats and information (structured / unstructured document, database record, video, audio, or other recorded information). The information stores using by common functions with respect to the documents specificities (print reports, scanned contracts, e-mails, letters, faxes, etc.). Supports sorting and grouping documents into folders according to different perspectives (customers, partners, establishments, projects, etc.). Also ensures the management of access rights, making personal and working spaces which helps in contribution knowledge base within the organization. Asseco Central Europe’s solution is built on modern open source technologies with accordance to the standards and is easy integrateable with other Asseco Central Europe’s solutions (ECM, workflow).
