Electronic Citizen Health Record
As part of the national project "Electronic Health Services" in Slovakia, Asseco Central Europe created and delivered the component "Electronic Citizen Health Record." This solution allows healthcare professionals to access electronic patient records, ensuring that they have current, accurate, and complete information when providing healthcare services. It also includes a Patient Summary that contains key information about the patient's health status, including adverse reactions, medical history, medications taken, vaccinations received, and other relevant data.
In addition to other features, the solution enables citizens to track who has accessed their health data and what information was viewed. Access to health data for individuals is available through a web interface, while physicians can access it via outpatient and hospital systems. The system also provides data from the personal account of the insured.
In creating the Electronic Health Record solution, a great emphasis was put on the security of the collection, storage, and provision of health and demographic data about citizens / patients.
