Jozef Klein
Chairman
Jozef Klein graduated in Theoretical Cybernetics and Mathematical Informatics from the Mathematics and Physics Faculty of Comenius University in Bratislava. He has worked for Asseco CE since 1996, first externally, and later as an internal employee in the position of Product and Project Manager for the field of DWH & BI. He has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Asseco Central Europe in Slovakia since 2002, and also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Asseco Central Europe in the CR since 2009. At the same time, he holds the position of CEO in both companies. Since November 2017, Jozef Klein has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Asseco International, a.s. Jozef Klein also acts as the the Member of the Supervisory Board in companies of Asseco Solutions Group (developing activities in five countries) and all other subsidiaries of the Asseco Central Europe group. Since October 2009, he has also held an important position of CEO at the whole European group level of the Asseco Group. He won the EY Entrepreneur of the year 2016 of the Slovak Republic.

Vladimír Dzurilla

Vladimír Dzurilla graduated from the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava, completed a study stay in the Netherlands and studied at the British Open University. He has worked at Accenture, O2 and Českomoravská stavební spořitelna as a consultant and management advisor on projects involving the replacement and implementation of large IT systems and the introduction of organisational and process changes. He held the position of General Director of the state enterprise State Treasury Shared Services Centre (Státní pokladna Centrum sdílených služeb), whose main task is to provide ICT services for the state administration and to operate the National Data Centre. He also headed the National Agency for Communication and Information Technology, which develops strategies for non-public communication networks, including proposals for the implementation of appropriate security measures, and delivers shared services to the public administration. Vladimír Dzurilla was previously Government Representative for IT and Digitalisation. In this position, he created and implemented the strategic concept of Digital Czechia, which contributes to a significant shift in state IT and the digital economy. Since 1 January 2023, he has held the position of Country Manager at Asseco Central Europe in the Czech Republic.

Peter Lakata
Member
He graduated from the Faculty of National Economy at the University of Economics in Bratislava and received his MBA from the WU Executive Academy. In September 2020, he joined Asseco Central Europe as Chief Transformation Officer with responsibility for managing transformation projects and group processes of the Asseco CE Group. In December 2021, he was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of Asseco Central Europe in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. Subsequently he became Chief Operations Officer in September 2022, where he is responsible for supporting business, development, delivery and project management processes in Asseco CE SK and CZ, in addition to managing internal IT and Operations. He also currently leads as Business Unit Leader four divisions, including division focused on Fabasoft platform solutions. Peter Lakata has previously held management positions in the banking industry as well as in e-commerce.

Branislav Tkáčik

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Business Management of the University of Economics in Bratislava. He has been working for Asseco Central Europe since 1999 as financial manager, later on as financial director and gradually participated on building the financial department and implementing instruments of financial controlling. During preparation for IPO on Warsaw Stock Exchange he was involved in IFRS application and subsequently put into practice the process of group reporting and consolidation. Currently he acts as a Member of the Board of Directors of Asseco Central Europe in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. He also holds position of the CFO for the whole Asseco Central Europe Group & Corporate Governor. Branislav Tkáčik is a member of the Supervisory Boards of subsidiaries companies Asseco Enterprise Solutions, Asseco Solutions AG, Asseco Central Europe Magyarország and exe (SK).
