Jozef Klein graduated in Theoretical Cybernetics and Mathematical Informatics from the Mathematics and Physics Faculty of Comenius University in Bratislava. He has worked for Asseco CE since 1996, first externally, and later as an internal employee in the position of Product and Project Manager for the field of DWH & BI. He has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Asseco Central Europe in Slovakia since 2002, and also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Asseco Central Europe in the CR since 2009. At the same time, he holds the position of CEO in both companies. Since July 2017, Jozef Klein has served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors in the company Asseco Enterprise Solutions, a.s., and since November 2017, he has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Asseco International, a.s. Jozef Klein also acts as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board in companies of Asseco Solutions Group (developing activities in five countries) and all other subsidiaries of the Asseco Central Europe group. Since October 2009, he has also held an important position of CEO at the whole European group level of the Asseco Group. He won the EY Entrepreneur of the year 2016 of the Slovak Republic.
Vice-chairman (Slovak Republic), Member (Czech Republic)
He graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science of the Slovak University of Technology (SUT) in Bratislava. During his professional career, he has dedicated himself primarily to the area of development, implementation and operation of information systems for banking and healthcare. He has held various positions in Asseco CE, from the position of Programmer/Analyst, Team Leader and Business Consultant to the Healthcare Division Director. Currently, he holds the position of COO SK, and he has been the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors since 2015. At the whole European level of the Asseco Group, Marek Grác holds a significant position of Healthcare Business Unit Leader. His role is to define a long-term strategy for the healthcare segment within the whole Asseco Group that operates in different regions of Europe. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Asseco Central Europe in the CR, Asseco IT Services, eDocu (SK), and a member of the Supervisory Board of Asseco Central Europe Magyarország and Asseco Enterprise Solutions. Since January 2018, he has served as the Managing Director of PROSOFT, spol. s r.o. Košice.
Member (Slovak Republic), Vice-chairman (Czech Republic)
He graduated from the Faculty of Applied Informatics at Tomáš Baťa University in Zlín. He started working at PVT (later Asseco) as a Project Manager yet during the studies. He worked in the field of informatics later as well, when he became a Lead Manager for IT companies in XT – Card. He acted as a Chairman of the Board of Directors in Right Power Group for three years. He had worked at the position of Sales Director of Asseco Central Europe from February 2011 until March 2015 when he became the Utility Business Unit Leader. He has been the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Asseco CE in the Czech Republic since 2016, and the Member of the Board of Directors of Asseco CE in Slovakia since December 2012. Since December 1st, 2014 he has also held the position of COO of Asseco CE in the Czech Republic. He is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of Asseco Berit AG a Asseco Berit GmbH and the Member of the Board of Directors eDocu. Furthermore, he acts as the Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of company První certifikační autorita (CZ).
Member (Slovak Republic, Czech Republic)
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Business Management of the University of Economics in Bratislava. He has been working for Asseco Central Europe since 1998. Starting 1999 he has been working as financial manager, later on as financial director and gradually participated on building the financial department and implementing instruments of financial controlling. During preparation for IPO on Warsaw Stock Exchange he was involved in IFRS application and subsequently put into practice the process of group reporting and consolidation. Currently he acts as a Member of the Board of Directors Asseco CE Slovakia and Asseco CE in the Czech Republic. He also holds position of the CFO for the whole Asseco Central Europe Group & Corporate Governor. Branislav Tkáčik is a member of the Supervisory Boards of subsidiaries companies Asseco Solutions (SK), Asseco Solutions (CZ), Asseco Enterprise Solutions, DanubePay (SK), Asseco Central Europe Magyarország, exe (SK), DWC and LittleLane.

Michal Polehna graduated from the Brno University of Technology, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (1995). He started his professional career as a programmer at PVT in Brno, where he took over the leadership of the team. Gradually, he worked as a Deputy Director for SW Development. In 2006 he was appointed Director of Strategy and Marketing and became one of the six senior management executives (then PVT Prokom). After the acquisition by the Asseco Group, he continued to develop marketing activities for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. After three years of working as Director of Marketing and PR, he returned to the Czech Republic in 2009 to support business activities in the field of public administration as a Business Development Manager. Since 2014, he has been the Business Unit Director for Public Administration in the Czech Republic. At the beginning of 2019 he became a member of the Asseco Central Europe Board of Directors in the Czech Republic.
