In order to comply with the terms of use of each social network and to maintain transparency, please read these Rules carefully.
The ideas and opinions expressed on our social networking profiles are for informational purposes only and are not binding on the Company in any way. We allow you to comment on our posts and respond to topics we post on our profiles, but we do not encourage the sharing or uploading of illegal, discriminatory or misleading content. For more information about the rules and terms of use, please visit the specific social networking sites directly.
All information published on our profiles (including text, logos, trademarks, photographs, images, sound recordings and videos, etc.) constitute a work of authorship within the meaning of the Copyright Act, and the Company is the owner and executor of the copyright in said works of authorship. The Company owns or exercises the copyright and/or has and/or exercises the right to use the same by virtue of licenses granted to it by third parties who own and/or exercise the copyright therein. Any use in whole or in part, reproduction or distribution of content from the Company's profiles is prohibited without prior written permission.
We use hyperlinks ("links") to other third party websites. By clicking on those links, you may be redirected to such websites (e.g. our partners' websites). We have no influence on the style and content of linked third-party websites and we also disassociate ourselves from any content on any such websites and from adopting such content as our own. We take all necessary security measures, but we cannot 100% guarantee that our profile will not be misused by third parties attempting to commit criminal activity on the Internet. If you suspect that someone is going to misuse or abuse your profile, or you have received unsolicited messages from one of our followers, or someone has requested you to disclose personal or sensitive information on our behalf, such as your account number, payment card number, your password, or to provide access to any other service, please contact the Company or the social network directly immediately.
As a data controller, we restrict transfers of personal information to third countries or international organizations, including the identification of the country or international organization. However, some of the recipients may have servers located outside the EU (LinkedIn, Google, Facebook). These servers may be located in the United States of America. The transfer of personal data is based on the European Commission's adequacy decision and the organizations are registered with the Data Privacy Framework (DPF). Article 45 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (the Regulation) provides for the transfer of data on the basis of an adequacy decision by the European Commission.
The European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-US DPF entered into force on 10 July 2023. These transfers are only made on the basis of standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission and adequate safeguards have been provided in accordance with Article 46 of the Regulation:
