Agenda System of the Czech Mining Authority

The main reasons for implementation of the solution are to unify the methodology for activities of the Czech Mining Administration and to enable fully electronic submission. The agenda  information system is designed to digitize all activities carried out by the Czech Mining Authority (CMA) within the scope of its activities 

• Maintenance of records 
• Conduct of administrative proceedings 
• Conduct of building proceedings 
• Preparation of reports 

The system is divided into two main parts: external (primarily used by citizens and legal entities) and internal ( serving exclusively for the Authority's activities). In addition, the system is integrated with several other systems used by the Authority  (e.g., geographic system, document management system, economic system) as well as with centrally shared eGovernment services, such as the National Identity Authority and basic registers.
