Online Pension Application

The online pension application is a service of the ePortal of the Czech Social Security Administration (CSSA) was launched in December 2023. The service allows clients to submit applications for old-age, disability, and survivor pensions (widow's, widower's, and orphan's) online, using their electronic identification. The service includes an informative estimate of the old-age pension amount based on the selected retirement date and the option to submit missing documents. After completing and submitting the application, clients promptly receive a confirmation of receipt.

The online pension application service was awarded the IT Project of the Year 2023.
