Key functionalities

• Register of Professional Activities – manages the work with the accused prior to the assignment by the Law Enforcement Authorities or after its conclusion.

• Probation Register – ensures professional organization and supervision of the accused or convicted based on the assignment by the Law Enforcement Authorities.

• Register of Crime Victim Cooperation Records – manages cooperation with victims who have suffered harm due to a crime.

• Mediation File – facilitates out-of-court settlements between the accused and the victim through a mediator.

• Evaluation and Reporting – for assessing the activities and work of the Probation and Mediation Service (PMS) on the basis of long-term data and information collection.

• Code Lists, Catalogues, Dictionaries, and Supporting Registers – manage professional, supporting, and supplementary information to improve the efficiency of the system and the work of probation officers and mediators.

• Unified Identity Management – manages the identities (IDM) of internal employees (system users) and their roles within PMS.

• File Service – fully handles the receipt, forwarding, creation, registration, management, circulation, and approval of all analogue and digital PMS documents. It provides integration into ISZR, data repositories, and the National Archives.

• Archive – securely and reliably stores all closed PMS documents and agenda files, enabling their retrieval, inspection, and subsequent destruction or archiving in the National Digital Archive of the Czech Republic.

• Guaranteed Document Repository – ensures the storage of PMS digital documents.
