Public Administration Services Catalogue

The Public Administration Services Catalogue is a centralized solution for the efficient management and provision of information about public services in the Czech Republic. Services are defined within individual agendas and this solution is part of the Registry of Rights and Obligations. The catalogue is available to clients via the Public Administration Portal and is a part of so-called Navigation Framework which facilitates clients' access to solutions for their life situations. The Services Catalogue provides electronic forms for online processing. The catalogue also includes descriptions of individual services for clients to have all the information they need to address their needs at a single point.

The Services Catalogue was one of the fundamental requirements for the implementation of Act 12/2020 on the Right to Digital Services, which came into effect on February 1, 2020.

Main benefits

The Services Catalogue is updated by individual agenda guarantors (in accordance with legislative changes).
The Catalogue is shared across the entire public administration through an open API (e.g., municipalities can use the descriptions of individual services within their delegated authority).
It includes detailed descriptions along with links to electronic forms through which individual services can be arranged online.
It serves to optimize services and methods of their provision to clients.
