Representation Register (RR)

The Representation Register (RR) is a new central eGovernment solution for maintaining authorizations to represent public administration clients within the use of electronic services in the Czech Republic. Representation is categorized as “explicit” (on the basis of an active authorization, e.g. a power of attorney or employment contract) and “implicit” which arises by law or decision of an independent authority, usually a court.

The Register allows for the mapping, creation, and implementation of authorizations between principals and the agents, including the definition of authorization scope and content in an electronic form.

The Representation Register is a part of the Register of Rights and Obligations, which means that the data recorded within it is trustworthy reference data guaranteed across the entire public administration.
