Portal of the Czech Social Security Administration (CSSA)

The portal of the Czech Social Security Administration (CSSA) allows clients to utilize useful online services that facilitate the contact with the CSSA and the District Social Security Administration (DSSA). Thanks to the online self-service, the CSSA has added a new channel for provisions of its services, which simplifies and speeds up communication, and reduces administrative and time burdens for clients.

The ePortal of the CSSA enables users to view data stored in the CSSA databases and use interactive forms intended, in particular, for employees, insured individuals, and employers and self-employed persons. Every month, the portal is utilized by tens of thousands of users and handles hundreds of thousands of electronic submissions.

In addition, the portal includes the Informative Pension Application (IDA) for the Czech Social Security Administration, which received the prestigious IT Project of the Year 2021 award from the Czech Association of IT Managers (CACIO). The IDA application reacts to the long-standing demand from both professionals and general public for a higher pension system predictability as regards individual cases. For the first time in history, even citizens who have not reached the pre-retirement age can obtain current online information about their pensions. The application thus provides the economically active generation with approximate information about the future amount of their pension (in today's currency value) in order to ensure that they have the access to this information ideally from the very beginning of their economically active lives. Thanks to the IDA service, clients (citizens of the Czech Republic) of pre-retirement age have an easy access through just few clicks to the necessary information about their pensions at any time.
