or those interested in developing information solutions using the SAMO platform, we offer a support program – the Partnership program.

The aim of the Partnership Program is to provide partners with support in technical, commercial, and potentially project-related areas. For these purposes, a partner portal, technical helpdesk, and potentially a personal coordinator are available.

Partners primarily receive:

• Access to the knowledge database (KnowledgeBase, CookBook, Showroom, …)
• Certification training
• Free participation in the annual workshops "SAMO Novelties & Roadmap News"
• Access to the development team's Helpdesk
• Specific consultations / training upon request
• License for their own DEV environment
• ...and more

For successful delivery of your information solutions using the SAMO platform, we recommend the following roles (recommended composition of the implementation team):

• Information Solutions Architect
• Business Analyst (ideally a trained/certified SAMO consultant-analyst)
• Implementation Specialist (ideally a trained/certified SAMO implementer)

Recommended knowledge and experience for implementation specialists for effective system configuration and modification of all metadata:

• Knowledge of JSON and XML structure
• Basic knowledge of scripting in JavaScript
• Knowledge of SAMO implementation methodology
• Basic understanding of SAMO system architecture
• Familiarity with SAMO implementation documentation
• Knowledge of SAMO system management

Along with adequate personnel resources, we assume that each partner will operate their own IT infrastructure for development and project activities towards end users.

A prerequisite for partnership collaboration is the conclusion of a partnership agreement. Partnership can be established for free with limited access to provided information resources. Upon payment of the partnership fee, the full range of offered support is available.
