Registry
Register of Rights and Obligations

The Register of Rights and Obligations (RRO) has been one of the four basic registers of the Czech Republic since 2012 and is an indispensable source of data for the organization and management of public administration and for the provision of public services.
The RRO contains reference data on agendas carried out by the public administration, services provided within these agendas and information for easy navigation by citizens. Besides that, the register includes the information on all public administration bodies and on the information systems these institutions use to provide their services. Last but not least, the Register of Rights and Obligations provides a comprehensive and extensive authorization matrix governing the authorities’ access to specific data on citizens when providing them with services, so that the data need not be submitted repeatedly and are kept protected against misuse.
Data kept in the RRO are published as OPENDATA.
