he Hospital Network Optimization (HNO) is a reform project aimed at creating an efficient network of hospitals in Slovakia, ensuring that patients have access to accessible, high-quality, and safe healthcare with optimal funding. The reform introduces a new classification of healthcare, which includes the medical programs, services, and levels hospitals are to report. Health insurers are required to verify the legitimacy of provided care in accordance with the hospital's classification within the network, and the reform also defines maximum time limits for the availability of scheduled healthcare.
The Medical Services Grouper is a product specifically designed to support the reform. It serves to categorize inpatient and one-day healthcare services provided by hospitals integrated into the network. It is intended for both hospitals and health insurers and expands the existing STRIX module, allowing for easy integration into insurance information systems.
