Asseco Central Europe increased its sales by almost 12 percent
Asseco Central Europe (Asseco CE), a strong regional software house for Central Europe, recorded an increase in consolidated sales which reached the amount of EUR 60.7 million, which represents their increase by almost 12% on a year-to-year basis. Approximately a half of the Group’s sales follows from the sale of its own software.
Compared to the previous year the group of Asseco CE has managed not only to increase the revenues, but to win interesting contracts such as a project for the Slovak Supreme Audit Office or the Czech Statistical Office. With the improving macroeconomic environment in the Czech and Slovak Republics and thanks to a more efficient business model the group is well prepared for further growth of sales. You can add the fact that it is a part of the fifth biggest IT group in Europe, it is able to open the door of large corporations much more easily now.
In the first half of the year the company successfully continued fulfilling its goals for 2010. Moreover, following the acquisition of a 100% interest in MPI Consulting this company has strengthened Asseco CE as its new division focusing on consultancy and provision of services in the field of SAP products.
The companies in the Asseco Central Europe Group portfolio have also contributed to total sales.
