Implementation of ICT Process Management for the Ministry of Environment of the Czech Republic

Key functionalities

The project focused on the launch of the IT process management through the implementation of IT4IT and ITIL recommendations and a tool for managing incidents, requirements, and events in the Ministry of Environment sector, including completion of a configuration database (CMDB) and creation of an architectural model (EA) at the Ministry of Environment and selected departmental organizations. The project also included the transfer of the necessary knowledge about enterprise architecture modelling and IT4IT and ITIL management frameworks through training of selected ministry staff.
