Just as a urban development plan provides a basic framework for the development of a locality, so Enterprise Architecture (EA) represents a new and in practice proven approach to managing and developing an organisation in line with its objectives reflected in the services, agendas, and processes of the organisation and its ICT architecture. These different areas are interlinked in one model by means of architectural principles, clearly defined roles, actors, their required skills and responsibilities, and suitably set incentives for stakeholders.
Long-term ICT Management
The long-term management of public administration information systems must be based on the strategic objectives in the area of public administration and information support in the context of the strategic objectives of the given organisation, department, or region. The obligations associated with public administration ICT management laid down in Act 365/2000 on public and administrative information systems and Decree No 360/2023 on the long-term management of public administration information systems. In this area, Asseco offers a partnership that will enable the transfer to the obliged organizations of the know-how required to maintain ICT management as a long-term program reflecting and interconnecting organizational objectives, management of agendas and processes, information systems and data policy, and technological and infrastructural areas, while meeting security requirements. At the same time, it can support the management of risks, projects, and programmes defined in the organisation's implementation plans. Everything what we create complies with the Information Concept of the Czech Republic, the National Architectural Framework, and the National Architectural Plan.
