Long-term ICT management
Enterprise Architecture (EA) Management
We approach EA management with the utmost humility and start with an overall assessment of the current situation (ASIS) and understanding of the motivations for development. Based on these inputs, we prepare a target state proposal (TOBE), taking into account and respecting all external influences at local, national, and European level. Through a gap analysis of both the current and target state (GAP), we help organisations define a set of required changes along with a timing of proposed activities (projects and measures). We design this so-called Road Map with the sustainability of the system in mind and in view of both a financial perspective and the capacity and capabilities of the given organisation.
