Asseco Central Europe enters into a strategic partnership in the healthcare sector

Bratislava, 7 February 2018. Asseco Central Europe, a. s. has expanded its portfolio of solutions and products for the healthcare industry. Together with Mediworx software solutions, a. s., they became new co-owners of Prosoft, s. r. o. in January, when each of the companies acquired a 50 percent share. Asseco Central Europe took over the management of the company. Prosoft is one of the major providers of products and services in the field of healthcare information systems. It focuses on the development of medical IS for healthcare providers.
