Asseco Central Europe has started a strategic partnership with TurboConsult

Bratislava, 17 December 2019: The Asseco CE company expands its portfolio of solutions and products for the area of financial services through acquisition of TurboConsult, a Czech company, and becomes its 100% owner. The company supplies information systems to financial institutions operating internationally.

TurboConsult has been on the market for almost 30 years and the company primarily focuses on software solutions in the area of finance and, in particular, for the banking sector. These solutions are intended for building savings banks, credit unions, non-banking credit organizations, financial agents, and fintech companies. The company has over 70 employees and its annual revenues exceed CZK 100 million.

“The partnership with the TurboConsult company has strengthened our position as leader in the area of software solutions for the banking sector. Our share of the Czech building savings banks market will reach 100%,” Jozef Klein, CEO Asseco CE, said commenting on this investment.

“A partnership with a strong player in the international market will give us an opportunity to become a relevant partner also for big supranational companies,” Vladimír Jareš, founding member and managing director of TurboConsult, stated on the occasion of signing the agreement.
