Asseco confirmed its position among the top 10 European ITcompanies

According to European Commissioner Neelie Kroes, the results confirm that the sector is a reliable pillar underpinning economic growth in Europe. "Not only that the market overall grew by ten percent, but the company is primarily a plan to increase staff numbers and investment in research and development," said Kroes.

Nevertheless, the results are significantly affected by the last ranking of the ongoing global economic crisis that affected virtually all sectors of the economy. "We are very pleased that the group Asseco, even in these difficult times,  was able to defend its place in the top ten and  confirm  its strong position among Europe's major software players," said Jozef Klein, CEO Asseco Central Europe .
