Asseco invests in new products and solutions

In 2017, Asseco Central Europe Group significantly strengthened its business position, expanded its portfolio of products and solutions, and recorded a significant economic growth. It focused on investing in companies with high value-added products and continued its strategy.

Asseco Central Europe's investment in CEIT was ranked one of the top events of 2017 by Trend weekly. The achievements of Asseco Central Europe were, among other things, recognized by Asseco Group's decision to establish the headquarters of Asseco International, a. s. in Bratislava, which brings new business opportunities and also offers space for further portfolio expansion. For this reason, Asseco Central Europe decided to invest, through the acquisition of DWC, also in systems for document processing and management and related processes.

"DWC Slovakia is well established on the Slovak market and has solutions that we do not yet have in our portfolio. It works with extremely successful technologies, which have also been applied in the currently largest eGovernment project for the entire state administration at the federal level in Germany. Knowing the requirements and needs of our customers, we decided to enrich Asseco Central Europe´s offer with solutions based on Document Management System and Workflow and Content Governance. At the same time, we would like to position these solutions internationally through Asseco International " said Jozef Klein, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Asseco Central Europe on the occasion of the contract signing.

DWC's products offer customers more efficient solutions for the registry area, taking into account the entire document lifecycle, from filing to processing. It implements solutions that increase the speed, efficiency, and transparency of administrative processes in practice. It has applications for the management of the filing service and related approval processes.
